Matt’s background is in retail and restaurant operations. After managing several locations for a local retail chain, he accepted his first human resources/recruiting role and has never looked back. Fifteen years later, Matt has recruited for myriad positions, including retail, restaurant operations, IT, accounting, sales and human resources.
What types of positions do you recruit?
I recruit for engineering positions and other roles in our environment, safety and health, geographic information systems and field operations groups.
Why did you come to work for ONEOK?
Making the switch from retail and restaurants to the energy industry has been a blast. I have really enjoyed learning about the industry and successfully filling those positions.
