Budgeting Could Be Easier with EPP
The Equal Payment Plan is available to residential and qualifying commercial customers. The payment amount is based on your previous 12 months of billing history, and is the same amount each month.
The Equal Payment Plan amount and the settlement amount are printed on each monthly bill. Settlement is the difference between the monthly actual bill amount and the Equal Payment Plan amount.
Each August the Equal Payment Plan is recalculated and the EPP amount is adjusted accordingly. The recalculation can result in an increase or a decrease in the Equal Payment Plan amount.
To enroll, your account must be current. The plan ends if you move or if payments are received late.
