Through our View Your Account section, customers may pay their bill from their checking or savings account. There are no fees when paying through the Kansas Gas Service Web site by check or from a savings account.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
NCO* offers Kansas Gas Service customers the ability to pay their bill by credit card or debit card. After enrolling with NCO,
you can make your payment. Future payments can be made by calling our automated voice service line (1-800-794-4780) using any touch-tone phone or directly accessing the NCO Web site. You may then authorize payment from your credit or debit card account at the touch of a button. NCO will give you immediate, reliable confirmation of your transaction

Amount of applicable fees* will be provided before you complete your payment transaction.
Note: Payment will post to your Kansas Gas Service account the evening of the next business day. If you have a Cut-Off Notice on your bill, it is important you call KGS Customer Service at 1-800-794-4780. Business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
