Land Use
We have worked carefully to survey and select a route that protects and preserves environmental, archaeological and cultural resources. This work involves collecting data and conducting studies of localized wildlife, water and soil conditions.
Arbuckle Pipeline staff has compiled necessary information to seek the required permits for construction. These permits come from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as well as from state and local governing bodies.
We have been working with landowners to establish easement agreements, which grant permission for the pipeline to be built, operated and maintained on a specific piece of property. We also worked with landowners to obtain temporary easements for workspace needed during construction.
