The mission of the ONEOK Community Investment Program is to wisely invest ONEOK contributions in programs that enhance quality of life and economic well being in the communities where ONEOK operates and where our employees work and live.

ONEOK giving programs under the umbrella of the Community Investment Program are:

• ONEOK Foundation
• Corporate Contributions
• Employee Matching Grants Program
• Volunteers With Energy

Historically and presently, 70 to 75 percent of ONEOK’s annual contributions are given to Education, primarily institutions of higher education, and to Health and Human Services organizations. Contributions are also given in the areas of Arts & Culture and to Community Improvement, including leadership development programs.

Reflecting the business nature of philanthropy today, the Community Investment Program strives to align its giving strategies and practices with corporate goals and to be active rather than reactive in determining the charitable causes in which the company invests both funding and the valuable time and diverse talents of ONEOK employees.
