Mike Nelson was named senior vice president, natural gas pipelines in April 2006, reporting to Steve Guy. He was previously vice president of operations for Northern Plains, having been elected in November 2004. Nelson was vice president of operations and support services for CrossCountry Energy, LLC, an Enron subsidiary, from 2002 to November 2004. From 1997 to 2002, Nelson held various positions for Enron Transportation Services with responsibility for pipeline operations. He started his pipeline operations career with Northern Natural Gas Company in 1968.
