Terry K. Spencer

Terry Spencer was named executive vice president, Natural Gas Liquids, for ONEOK Partners in July 2007. In this role, Spencer is responsible for the NGL gathering & fractionation and pipelines businesses.

He joined ONEOK in 2001 as director, project development, for gathering and processing. In 2003, he was named vice president of gas supply and project development in the gathering and processing segment and in 2005 became vice president and general manager of the segment. In July 2005, Spencer became senior vice president of the natural gas liquids business following the asset acquisition from Koch. He became president of natural gas liquids in April 2006.

Prior to joining ONEOK, Spencer held positions of increasing responsibility in the natural gas gathering and processing industry with Continental Natural Gas, Inc., in Tulsa from 1989-2000; Stellar Gas Company in Houston from1987-1989; and Texas Oil and Gas Corporation’s Delhi Gas Pipeline subsidiary in Dallas from 1982-1987.

Spencer earned a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Alabama and serves on the board of directors and as an executive officer of the Gas Processors Association.
