David Arnold
Dave Arnold is vice president of customer service for ONEOK distribution companies – Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service. He provides support and direction to help define and improve quality customer service in all three distribution companies.
Arnold began his utility career in 1981 as an engineer with Kansas Power & Light Company, which later became part of Western Resources. When ONEOK acquired Kansas Gas Service from Western Resources in 1997, Arnold was named vice president of customer service for Kansas Gas Service after having held positions of increasing responsibility. He also served as vice president of administration for Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, the job he held until assuming his present position.
Arnold is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and has been active in the United Way. He is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City.
A native of Larned, Kansas, Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering in 1981 from Kansas State University in Manhattan.
