Dan Walker is vice president of operations and engineering for ONEOK distribution companies – Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service. He has oversight for operations and engineering activities for all three distribution companies.

Walker joined Oklahoma Natural Gas as an engineer trainee in 1976. He worked in jobs of increasing responsibility throughout the state until being named vice president of operations in 1997. He also served in that same capacity for Kansas Gas Service. In 2001 he was named vice president – operations for the Western Region of Oklahoma Natural Gas, until ONEOK Distribution Companies was formed in 2005 and he was named to oversee operations and engineering activities of the three utilities.

Walker has served the American Gas Association, the Southern Gas Association and several other industry groups. He has served on the board of directors for the Better Business Bureau of Central Oklahoma and Youth Services of Tulsa, and as a trustee of the Oklahoma Engineering Foundation.

native of Oklahoma City, Walker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering in 1976 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
