Eric Grimshaw is vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary of ONEOK.

Prior to joining ONEOK in 2002, he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Syntroleum Corporation from 1997 to 2002. Prior to joining Syntroleum, he was a partner with the Tulsa law firm of Pray, Walker, Jackman, Williamson & Marlar.

Grimshaw is a past president and chairman of Tulsa Opera. He is also a past chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Tulsa and past secretary of the Oklahoma Alliance for Manufacturing Excellence.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association, and is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Investor Relations Institute.

A Tulsa, Oklahoma, native, Grimshaw earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from the University of Tulsa.
