David Roth is senior vice president of administrative services of ONEOK, where he is responsible for human resources, information technology and corporate services.

Roth was a human resources executive with Western Resources and joined ONEOK when it acquired Kansas Gas Service from Western in 1997.

Roth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. As a member of the Southern Gas Association, he has served on the human resources section managing committee. He has served as a council member of the American Cancer Society; on the board of trustees of the Tulsa Education Fund, on the board of directors for the Jenks Public Schools Foundation and as a member of the child care task force for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.

A native of Illinois, Roth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering in 1979 from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Roth successfully completed the Utility Management Development Program of Stone & Webster Management Consultants and the Edison Electric Institute at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
