About ONEOK Partners, L.P.

ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) is one of the largest publicly traded master limited partnerships, and is a leader in the gathering, processing, storage and transportation of natural gas in the U.S. and owns one of the nation’s premier natural gas liquids (NGL) systems, connecting NGL supply in the Mid-Continent and Rockie Mountain regions with key market centers.

Our sole general partner is a subsidiary of ONEOK, and energy company founded in 1906 that's involved in natural gas distribution and energy services, and owns 45.1 percent of the partnership. ONEOK is one of the largest natural gas distributors in the country, and its energy services operation focuses primarily on marketing natural gas and related services throughout the U.S.

The partnership was formally Northern Border Partners, L.P. which was formed in 1993. On May 17, 2006, Northern Border Partners (NYSE: NBP) was renamed ONEOK Partners, L.P. Trading of ONEOK Partners common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol OKS was effective May 22, 2006.
