Make Monthly Budgeting Easier by Averaging Your Bill

The Average Payment Plan reduces the ups and downs of monthly natural gas bills that can fluctuate with the typically seasonal nature of natural gas usage. Your average payment amount each month is based on a 12-month rolling average of your natural gas bills. Under this plan, your averaged monthly payment is less than your actual bill in your high use months, and more than your actual bill in your low use months.

Most residential and commercial accounts without a past due balance at the time of enrollment are eligible and all future bills must be paid on or before the due date. The enrollment period for commercial customers is from April through July. Customers will not be eligible unless a minimum of six months previous usage history at the address is available.
