To Better Serve Seniors and Persons with Disabilities

With this program Oklahoma Natural Gas customers age 62 or older, and those with disabilities, can be specially identified in our account records. With this knowledge, we're better informed and able to work with you on an individual basis in the event of an emergency, or a problem with your natural gas service.

Customers enrolled in this program may also have their account included in a plan called the "Commission Notification Procedure." Upon written request from the customer, we notify the Oklahoma Corporation Commission before taking action to discontinue a customer's service for nonpayment of charges.
