We've created the Choice Contractor program to help customers choose quality contractors trained to select, install and service equipment. To participate in the Choice Contractor program, contractors must meet specific requirements.

At Oklahoma Natural Gas, we know that a dependable, professional contractor can make repairs and installations easier and more energy efficient. As always, we're concerned about your safety, too.

How the program works
If you need assistance with the purchase or service of your heating or cooling system, plumbing or other natural gas equipment, this service is for you.

Call our toll-free number, 877-738-5412, or visit our Web site at http://www.ong.com, and you'll receive the names of three Choice Contractors. Referrals are matched to your geographic location and service needs.

• Contractors will be given your name and are expected to contact you within 24 hours. If you need immediate assistance, please call the contractors directly.
• If you're not satisfied with the referrals you receive for any reason, we will provide additional names at your request.
• Follow the guidelines in this brochure to make your final contractor selection.

ONG understands that the selection of a contractor is a personal one, and you need to be comfortable with the contractor and the cost of service. The Choice Contractor program is designed to assist you in this selection process, but you are under no obligation to utilize any of the contractors referred by ONG.

As a customer, you should be sure that you have a complete understanding of the services that are to be provided by the contractor to eliminate surprises and to help to ensure your satisfaction.

Follow-up surveys may be conducted to review your satisfaction with the work that is performed, and contractors will be informed of the results.
