• Approved contractors have agreed to maintain the following:
• Current State of Oklahoma heating and cooling equipment contractors license
• State of Oklahoma Contractors License for a minimum of 5 years
• CFC certification (E.P.A. requirement)
• Workmen's compensation insurance, automotive liability and general liability insurance
• Compliance with all applicable codes and obtain necessary permits
• Applicable industry or trade license(s) and certification pertaining to the installation and service of natural gas equipment
• Membership in the local Better Business Bureau
• Written quotes
• A one-year limited warranty for parts and labor on all new equipment delivered and installed
