ONEOK Rockies Midstream

ONEOK Rockies Midstream

ONEOK Rockies Midstream has natural gas gathering, processing and fractionation operations in two producing basins in the Rocky Mountain region: the Williston Basin, which spans portions of Montana and North Dakota, and includes the oil-producing, NGL-rich Bakken Shale and Three Forks formations; and the Powder River Basin of Wyoming, which includes the NGL-rich Frontier, Turner, Sussex and Niobrara Shale formations, and is the largest gatherer and processor in the Williston Basin.

With Capital investments of approximately $3.1 billion to $3.4 billion through 2016 – including approximately $950 million in previously announced new projects and acquisitions in North Dakota’s NGL-rich Williston Basin and Wyoming’s Powder River Basin – ONEOK Rockies Midstream is meeting the rapidly growing needs of crude oil and natural gas producers in those areas.
