Austin Gas Conservation Commercial Programs
Texas Gas Service offers many gas conservation programs, which vary from year to year, for customers living inside the Austin city limits.
Why the Austin area?
In the mid 1980s the Austin City Council began requiring Texas Gas Service to collect a special fee from Austin Texas Gas Service customers
to fund conservation programs and activities. This "conservation adjustment clause" provides the funds for the Conservation Program and its
staff, incentives, and activities within the City of Austin.
To complete any of the forms to the right, simply print them, fill them out, and mail or fax them to Texas Gas Service.
