Richard G. Fleager currently holds the position of regional vice president for Texas Gas Service Company, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, and the Border and West Texas Regions. Texas Gas Service is a division of ONEOK, Inc.

Before joining ONEOK, Fleager was employed with El Paso Natural Gas, where he held a variety of positions, eventually becoming vice president – information technology systems.

Fleager is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the El Paso Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. 

Active in the community, he is chairman of YMCA Pacesetters Capital Development fund and a board member of the YWCA Foundation. Fleager serves as an executive board member and is incoming finance chairman of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce. He was chairman of Partners in Progress 2004 and board member of the Boys and Girls Club Foundation. He also is past chairman and on the board of directors of the United Way of El Paso, and co-chairman of economic development for the Paso del Norte group. 

Fleager is a member of the board of directors for United Bank; incoming chairman of Del Sol Hospital board of directors; member of the Business Roundtable group; and co-chairman – El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation.

A Texas native, Fleager earned his bachelor of business administration and his master of business administration degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1972 and 1976, respectively.
