Diversity and Inclusion: A Win-Win

Today’s workforce is rapidly shifting and more diverse than ever. Talented people want to work where they know they will be valued and appreciated. Several Tulsa-area employees were among hundreds of executives, human resources professionals, and civic and nonprofit leaders attending The Return on Inclusion Summit, Oklahoma’s largest professional diversity and inclusion conference. It seems fitting that ONEOK employees from various  departments and professions were there: accountants, engineers, corporate communicators, HR consultants, managers, directors and vice presidents. And all came away with new insights and tools to improve team effectiveness and create a space that brings out the best in the people they lead and collaborate with.
