GPL would like to give a courtesy reminder for the required two factor authentication scheduled to take effect TODAY, June 14, 2021. For more details, please refer to the posting below (Notice ID 1547).

Cybersecurity is a top priority at ONEOK. To enhance protection of customer data, ONEOK will require two-step verification for all customers connecting to the Customer Activity site for Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines (Midwestern, Viking, Guardian, and OkTex) starting Monday, June 14, 2021.  Active users for our Customer Activity site should receive an email this week with instructions to install a Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) authenticator app and enroll a device in two-step verification.  

This added layer of protection uses a one-time verification code in conjunction with your ONEOK login credentials to verify your identity. It requires users to complete a one-time enrollment and the continued use of a TOTP authenticator app with each log in.

Each user will need separate login credentials for the Customer Activity site as users will no longer be able to share a common userid and password between team members.  If you need to request access to the Customer Activity site, please complete and submit this online access request form: https://www.oneok.com/gpl/informational-postings/customer-activities/access-request-form.  It takes approximately 48 hours or 2 business days to set up a new user with access to the Customer Activity site so please request access now to avoid issues logging in to the Customer Activity site on June 14.
