This OFO has been lifted effective for Gas Day February 14, 2021, ID-3 Cycle.

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER ISSUED 
 
Per Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (MGT) is issuing a system-wide Operational Flow Order (OFO), to be effective gas day Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 09:00 AM CCT.  This notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the MGT system and to allow continued operations in a safe manner.  
 
Pipeline Condition:  Receipt volumes have significantly surpassed delivered volumes.  This has caused a severe increase of line pack and operating pressure on our pipeline system.
 
Required Response Time:  by ID1 of the Gas Day February 14, 2021
 
Required Response:  This OFO requires that all customers out of tolerance on their nominations promptly make the necessary corrections by reducing receipts to ensure receipts and deliveries fully balance.  
 
If the condition persists, MGT reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary.
 
Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of customer's or balancing party's service and cause balancing party to incur penalties as described in Section 8.8.2 of the GT&C.  
 
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.  MGT will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO or terminate it as operational conditions warrant.
