Details for capacity release offers are available through our company's Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) > Capacity Release > Offers. If you do not have access to the EBB, you may enter as a guest with a Citrix account. Access to the EBB is available under Customer Activities Site in the header of this website. To submit a bid for any listed offer, bidder must have completed a master capacity release agreement and have approved credit as stated in the tariff. Bidders must also have specified access to the EBB associated with their approved agreement.
