Viking Gas Transmission Company is temporarily accepting non-conforming gas taking into account such factors including, but not limited to, the degree to which gas does not meet the quality specifications, prevailing operating conditions, and whether and to what extent Shipper pairs nominations of non-conforming gas with nominations of gas meeting the quality specifications such that the Shipper’s combined nominations of gas can be blended to meet the quality specifications.
