Our Growth Journey
Since September 2023, ONEOK has completed a series of strategic acquisitions that have expanded and geographically diversified our business while strengthening our position as a leading energy infrastructure company.
The acquisition of Magellan Midstream Partners in 2023 added refined products and crude oil capabilities to ONEOK’s strong natural gas and natural gas liquids businesses.
ONEOK continued to build on that momentum in 2024 with the acquisition of a Gulf Coast NGL pipeline system from Easton Energy and the acquisition of Medallion Midstream, followed by the acquisition of EnLink Midstream in 2025. Together, the Medallion and EnLink acquisitions expanded ONEOK’s crude oil, natural gas and NGL capabilities while increasing scale and connectivity across key production areas, including the Permian Basin and Mid-Continent.
In 2026, ONEOK established one of the largest midstream platforms in the Permian’s Midland Basin by acquiring a premier natural gas gathering and processing system from Brazos Midstream.
Combined, these acquisitions strengthened our integrated position in some of the most prolific basins in the U.S. with connectivity to critical energy demand hubs across the country, including the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast.

Through our approximately 60,000-mile pipeline network – and access to nearly 50% of the nation’s refining capacity – we transport the natural gas, NGLs, refined products and crude oil that help meet domestic and international energy demand, contribute to energy security and make a difference in our everyday quality of life.
