The ONEOK Crude Trucking Hotline provides one number for crude trucking questions and uses an automated menu to route calls to the appropriate internal/external team for assistance.
Hotline Menu Options:
Press 1 for truck ETAs or carrier dispatch. Have the applicable eight-digit PO number or load batch number ready.
Press 2 for drop-off operational issues or questions.
Press 3 for pick-up operational issues or questions.
Press 4 for all other crude truck scheduling questions.
