What Will I Learn And Experience?

Summer internships offer students the opportunity to learn about their assigned department. Over a 10- to 12-week period, interns will have exposure to on-the-job assignments, project work, job shadowing and developing presentations. This is the type of work that might be encountered in a full-time position at ONEOK.

What Is The Recruitment Process For Interns?

Most of our intern positions are filled during the fall university recruiting season. You can apply for open intern positions on our careers website. All ONEOK interns are paid a competitive hourly rate.

All positions will be posted online, and your application will be reviewed by one of our recruiters or hiring leaders. Students selected to move forward will be contacted to schedule an interview. Students are typically interviewed on campus, in person at a ONEOK facility or by a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams. Interviews will be 30 to 45 minutes and include a series of behavior-based interview questions.
