Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is a convenient, 100% confidential counseling platform and online resource that is free for ONEOK employees and dependents. You can find help when you need it when dealing with life’s daily challenges and concerns such as stress, anxiety, family issues, grief, work-life balance, relationship issues, work- or school-related pressures, depression, substance abuse, anger management and more.
Employees unable to work for five consecutive days dues to injury may receive income replacement through Short- and Long-term Disability policies.

ONEOK's market-based pay program delivers a total compensation package that includes an attractive base salary, incentives and benefits consistent with the market and our mission to attract and retain a high-quality workforce.
- Immediately eligible to participate upon date of hire.
- ONEOK matches 100% of employee contributions, up to 6% of eligible compensation.
- ONEOK may make profit-sharing contributions up to 7% annually, based on company performance.

New employees receive at least three weeks of vacation to start.
You also may be eligible for additional vacation based on past relevant work experience. ONEOK recognizes up to 15 years of previous job-related experience to determine total vacation allotment.
Personal Family Time
With the goal of employees not having to use their vacation time for minor illnesses and doctor appointments, employees are given 80 hours per calendar year to use for doctor visits and illnesses for themselves and their immediate family members. The hours are pro-rated for New Hires.
